A few years ago we were enthusiastic students with big dreams about innovation and technology, who were actively involved, among other things, in the startup scene and spent their free time on projects we loved. We had a clear vision: making the Czech Republic a brainpower of the world thanks to top-quality education.

However, we faced challenges that complicated our first steps in business.

One of the main questions was how to quickly and efficiently find space for our startup's registered office, when negotiations about premises took a long time. So we started using virtual offices and delegated the responsibility to those of us with the best legal knowledge.

Gradually we became a contact point for other startups facing similar challenges. We decided to offer them our help and advice, because we understand very well how hard it is to make your business dreams come true when you lack the necessary knowledge of law, finance and company administration.

Years later, our passion and commitment have not changed. We still support new startups on their way to success. We want innovative ideas and projects of enthusiastic founders to find their way to reality.
