A few years ago we were enthusiastic students who were actively involved in improving education at schools and spent their free time on projects we loved. We had a clear vision: #CzechFuture — making the Czech Republic a brainpower of the world thanks to top-quality education.

But questions appeared that made our work difficult.

One of them was where to quickly and easily place the registered office of a non-profit organisation, when negotiating an office within a school campus took a very long time. That is why we tried placing our own non-profit organisation at a virtual office and handed the responsibility to those of us who were best at law.

Over time, other non-profit organisations facing the same problems started turning to us for advice. We decided to gladly advise and help them get started, because we know very well how difficult it is to want to do something for the common good while lacking the legal knowledge needed for founding non-profit organisations or arranging a registered office.

Several years have passed and our passion and dedication remain unchanged. We still help new non-profit organisations get started. We want the ideas and projects of active individuals to find their way to reality.
